Refund policy

Returns are not accepted since all products are made to order. Exchanges will only be authorized for defective merchandise. To be considered for an exchange, you must first contact James & Inks AND send pictures indicating the damage to info@jamesandinks.com. Once your exchange is approved, we will send you an email with the next steps. You will receive the same design and size that was originally ordered. All requests for an exchange must be received by James & Inks within 3 business days of delivery receipt.
